Underage Policy

1. Age Requirement

DreamBunny is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher than 18). Access to the Service by any person under this age is strictly prohibited under all circumstances. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Age Verification and Access Controls

We have implemented the following measures to prevent underage individuals from accessing the Service:

• Age Gate at Registration — All users are required to confirm they are 18 or older before gaining access. An age confirmation step is presented during the registration and onboarding process.
• Clear Age Disclosure — A prominent notice is displayed during registration and at key points in the user experience, making clear that the Service is intended for adults only.
• Terms of Service Agreement — All users must agree to our Terms of Service, which explicitly state the minimum age requirement.
• Account Authentication — We use Google Sign-In and email verification to help verify the identity of registering users.
• User Responsibility for Accurate Information — Users are responsible for providing accurate information during registration. Providing false information regarding age constitutes a material violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Prohibition on Content Involving Minors

DreamBunny maintains an absolute and unconditional prohibition on any content involving or relating to minors:

• All AI-generated characters and personas on DreamBunny are adults, aged 18 or older;
• It is strictly prohibited to attempt to generate, request, or solicit AI content that depicts, resembles, or is intended to represent a minor;
• Any attempt to describe, role-play, or frame an AI character as a minor — regardless of how the request is worded — is a violation of this policy;
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any form is absolutely prohibited. We will report any such content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement without exception; and
• Any content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, grooms, or harms minors will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

4. Content Moderation

We have implemented automated content moderation systems specifically designed to detect and block any attempts to generate content involving or resembling minors, including:

• Real-time AI-powered content filters screening all user prompts and AI outputs;
• Keyword and pattern detection systems identifying and blocking requests designed to generate minor-related content, including indirect or coded language; and
• Ongoing development and improvement of our moderation systems.

We reserve the right to manually review interactions flagged by our automated systems where a potential violation involving a minor is detected. Where a violation is confirmed, we will take immediate action including permanent account termination and reporting to law enforcement and NCMEC.

5. User Content Responsibility

As a user, you are solely responsible for the prompts you submit. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not attempt to generate, request, or facilitate any content involving or resembling minors;
• You will not use creative, indirect, or coded language to circumvent our content filters for minor-related content;
• You are fully responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all laws relating to the protection of minors, including laws relating to CSAM; and
• You will report any content or user behavior you believe involves minors to us immediately.

6. What to Do If You Suspect a Minor Has Accessed the Platform

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed DreamBunny, or if you suspect a minor is using the Service, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Upon receiving such a report, we will:

• Take immediate steps to investigate the report;
• Terminate any account found to belong to or be used by a minor;
• Delete any personal data collected from a minor, to the extent technically possible; and
• Take any further action required by applicable law.

7. Reporting Violations

Violations may be reported by email at [email protected] or via the Contact section on our website. All reports relating to the safety of minors will be treated as our highest priority. We will review all reports immediately and take appropriate action, including reporting to law enforcement and NCMEC.

8. Consequences of Violations

Any user found to have violated this Underage Policy — including by misrepresenting their age, attempting to generate content involving minors, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform — will face:

• Immediate and permanent termination of their account with no right to a refund;
• Reporting of the violation and associated account data to relevant law enforcement authorities and NCMEC as required by applicable law; and
• Civil and/or criminal legal action where warranted.

These measures are non-negotiable and will be applied without exception.

9. Data Protection for Minors

DreamBunny does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that data. 10. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
