These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of subscription plans and token packages offered by Ascenta Solutions LLC through DreamBunny. By purchasing a subscription or token package, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Important: DreamBunny subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends.
DreamBunny offers subscription-based access to its features and content. Available plans, pricing, and billing intervals will be clearly displayed on the payment screen at the time of purchase. Pricing may vary based on your region, selected plan, and any applicable promotional offers.
Some limited features may be available free of charge, but full access to all platform features requires an active paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue subscription plans at any time with reasonable notice.
We may offer free trial periods from time to time. The duration and terms of any free trial will be clearly stated at sign-up. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period to avoid being automatically charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee. We do not guarantee reminders before your trial expires — it is your responsibility to track the trial end date. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or revoke free trial eligibility at any time.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. The renewal period corresponds to your selected billing interval.
The renewal charge will be no more than the rate for the immediately preceding subscription period, excluding any promotional pricing, unless we notify you of a price change in advance. By purchasing a subscription, you explicitly authorize us to charge your selected payment method at each renewal interval.
Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase. You authorize us and Stripe to charge applicable fees on a recurring basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current and valid.
Payment Retry Process: If full payment of a renewal charge is declined, we will make additional attempts using progressively reduced amounts. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, your subscription will be suspended. You will be notified and asked to update your payment method to restore access.
Token purchases are one-time charges and do not automatically renew. Tokens are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for currency. Unused tokens may be subject to expiration as disclosed at the time of purchase. Canceling your subscription does not automatically refund any unused token balance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling disables automatic renewal, but you will retain access to all subscription features for the remainder of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as required by applicable law.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — you must cancel separately. To cancel, go to your account settings or contact us at [email protected]. We recommend taking a screenshot of your cancellation confirmation for your records.
If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged and will lose access to premium features at the end of the trial period.
We may change subscription fees at any time. Where we are required to give advance notice, we will notify you through one or more of the following:
Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
All subscription and token purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Contact us at [email protected] for refund requests or billing inquiries.
Your subscription is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person. Subscriptions are intended for single-account use only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be used by multiple individuals.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease at the end of the current billing period, or immediately in the case of a policy violation.
