Exemption Statement

Ascenta Solutions LLC, operator of DreamBunny (https://dream-bunny.com), is exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, for the following reasons:

  1. Exclusively AI-Generated Content

    All content is generated exclusively through artificial intelligence. No real human beings are depicted. All characters are entirely fictional and computer-generated.

  2. No Real Performers

    Because no actual human beings participate, there are no "performers" as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. The record-keeping obligations do not apply.

  3. Strictly SFW Platform

    DreamBunny does not generate, host, distribute, or permit any sexually explicit content or NSFW material. The prohibitions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 therefore do not apply on this additional basis.

  4. All AI Characters Are Adults

    All AI-generated characters are adults, aged 18 years or older. Any attempt by a user to generate content depicting a minor is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

Inapplicability

Because all content is exclusively AI-generated, no real persons are depicted, and the platform does not host sexually explicit material, 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations are not applicable to this platform.
